For our client’s German site, we are looking for a Site Supervisor Energies who will join the local team and provide support in the expansion of the energy infrastructure of Germany.
Functie
- You oversee the compliance with quality standards, deadlines and costs
- You report to Project Management and ensure a smooth coordination between the construction site and management
- You efficiently manage the collaboration with external partners to optimize construction processes
- You analyze existing processes, identify opportunities to improve efficiency and promote innovation in construction
Functie-eisen
- You hold a degree in engineering (bachelor’s, master’s, or diploma) with a specialization in civil engineering or a comparable qualification
- You have already coordinated multiple construction sites as a Construction Manager or Senior Site Manager
- You are capable of motivating teams and managing construction sites efficiently
- You are familiar with VOB/BGB, claim management, and construction cost control
- You are fluent in English and German.
