For our client’s site in Germany, we are looking for a Project Manager Energies to lead the project team in the expansion of Germany’s energy provisioning.
Functie
- You are responsible for leading the project and ensuring compliance with quality standards, budget and deadlines
- You lead the project team and coordinate all planning activities, while keeping a strong focus on processes
- You continuously monitor the project’s progress, quality assurance and control
- You identify risks early, resolve issues efficiently and ensure smooth project execution.
- You guide complex technical matters during the project’s implementation and advise your team on key decisions
- You schedule regular meetings with all stakeholders – from the client to your team and external partners – ensuring everyone is well-informed and collaborates effectively
- You ensure that all work complies with safety, health, quality, and environmental regulations and that these are consistently followed
Functie-eisen
You hold a degree in engineering (bachelor’s, master’s or diploma) with a specialization in civil engineering or a comparable qualification
You are confident in handling challenging tasks due to years of experience as a project manager in complex civil engineering projects
You work in a structured manner and possess strong communication skills that help you lead the team and drive projects forward
You enjoy working in a team and strive for shared success with that team
You are able to identify risks early, assess situations accurately and take targeted actions when required
You are fluent in English, German and Dutch
You are willing to visit project sites and hold a German driver’s license for passenger vehicles, ensuring the necessary mobility
